These Terms of Service govern your use of FEASTY for users in Nigeria.

Who We Are

FEASTY is a food delivery service operated by FEASTY.

Scope

Our service is currently intended for users in Nigeria only.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using FEASTY, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your information accurate.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account in the app, or ask us to delete it if you cannot open the app. See How to delete your FEASTY account.

Orders and Payments

• Orders may require payment verification before they are processed.
• Payments are handled through Paystack.
• Prices, availability, and delivery times may change based on restaurant and dispatch conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel an order before it is processed by the restaurant.
• If an order has been delivered, we generally do not allow cancellation.
• If a delivered order cannot be reached or handed over, refund or reversal decisions are handled case by case through support and applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FEASTY, attempt fraud, abuse staff or couriers, submit false information, or interfere with the service.

Service Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also change features, routes, or access rules as needed to keep the service operating safely.

Intellectual Property

The FEASTY name, branding, app design, and related content belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FEASTY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will apply once published.
